Information About Purchase Orders (PO)

To pay by PO, the customer will need to locate the PO number on the PO document which was generated by their institute. This is usually found near the top of the document and is often in a table or in bold typeface. This number needs to be quoted as Payment Information in Step 3 of the Checkout process on Craftanica’s website. Again, we do not accept faxed or emailed PO documents as order requests.

Placing an Order with a PO

Every order for materials from Craftanica MUST be placed on our website : www.craftanica.com. We are unable to process any orders sent to us as a PO by email or fax (we attempt to contact all customers who send us a PO to remind them to place their order online). To place an order:

Generate a PO using your normal internal purchasing system (speak with the purchasing or accounts payable department if you are unsure how to do this).

When you have added all the items you require, click ‘Checkout’ in your Cart and complete the required information. The PO number can be used for payment in Step 3

If you require a quote, you can print one at the bottom of your Cart.

When your order ships we will invoice your institute for payment, quoting the PO number provided.

we don’t currently support a Purchase Order option, this is something we are excited to add to the platform in the future.
